1. Who we are

Anticiplay ("we", "us", "the Service") operates a free-to-play football prediction game, including the Last Man Standing format and score/minute prediction competitions, covering the Premier League and Championship (and any leagues added from time to time).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and take part. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

The Service is intended for use in the UK and UAE, and elsewhere in accordance with local law. It is your responsibility to check that participation is lawful wherever you are located.

3. How the game works

• Entry to the core game is free. There is no charge to pick, and no cash prize is funded from participant entries.
• Picks lock automatically 1 hour before the first kickoff of the round. If you haven't submitted a valid pick by that point, you are disqualified for that round.
• Results are settled using official match outcomes. In the rare case of a postponed, abandoned, or replayed fixture, we will apply the rule that is fairest to the pool of remaining players, and our decision on how to handle it is final.
• We may correct scoring errors at any time, including after a round has been settled, if a genuine mistake is found.

4. Private leagues

Anyone can start a private league free of charge, and anyone can join one free of charge. Private league organisers are responsible for communicating the rules of their own league clearly to their members.

Any money arrangement between members of a league (for example a group pot) is entirely outside the Service. Anticiplay does not collect, hold, or pay out any such money, and organisers are responsible for making sure any arrangement of that kind is lawful where they are.

5. Optional extras

All features of the Service, including Members Insight, are currently free.

We may introduce optional paid extras in the future, such as additional stats or features. If we do, they will be clearly priced and described before you buy, the core game will stay free to play, and paid extras will never affect scoring or results and will never be used to fund prizes. You would be able to cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Prizes and sponsorship

Anticiplay does not distribute prizes. League organisers can choose to display a prize in their league (for example a trophy or a sponsor's offer). Any such prize is provided by that organiser or their sponsor, not by Anticiplay, and the organiser is responsible for awarding it.

If we ever run a promotion of our own with a prize, it will be funded by us or a sponsor from marketing or sponsorship budget — never from entrants' payments — and its eligibility, value and any tax responsibility (which rests with the winner) will be described alongside that promotion.

7. Account and conduct

• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification and account closure.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for cheating, abuse, attempts to manipulate results, or breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will always be free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
